Brixx Prepares To Open First Midstate Site

The Nashville area already has Bricks and Bricktops, and soon we'll have Brixx.

Brixx is a chain based in Charlotte, N.C., that specializes in pizza baked in a wood-fired oven and craft beers on tap.

The company will open its first Tennessee location later this month in the new Streets of Indian Lake retail center in Hendersonville. In addition to various 10-inch wood-fired pizzas, Brixx serves sandwiches and salads, touting its greens as locally grown.
